Kids Island Daycare Center

Kids Island Daycare Center is dedicated to providing a balanced social, emotional,cognitive and physical development in save, fun and nurturing atmosphere. Kids Island daycare offers high quality services to children of 18 months to 6 years old.

Our hours of operation are
from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday

Our Staff

Each classroom is regulated by a qualified Early Childhood Educator, who posses a recognizable Canadian diploma or equivalent as recognized by the AECEO. Additionally, each class includes Teacher Assistants, according to the Ministry of Children and Youth Services requirements of Teacher-Student ratio. All staff holds current CPR/First Aid certificates.

Nutrition

Children are provided with fresh, daily prepared on-site, healthy and nutritious hot meals and snacks, including fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, dairy products, and grain foods as recommended by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Please note that Kids Island is a nut free environment.

Facilities

Our bright newly renovated facility has a great location with two separate convenient entrances from Dufferin Street and has plenty of parking spaces. Our premises contain 5 large rooms, a staff room, an office and a kitchen.
